Our Leisure Receptionist makes the first impression of our Village experience. Your friendly greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive. Let's make it memorable!

With a friendly personality and a 'can do' attitude, you'll greet members and guests, be the first point of contact by phone, and ensure excellent customer service. You'll get to know our members and help them make the most of Village life.

Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, taking bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring member satisfaction.
