Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment seeks a Director/Assoc. Director or Chartered Surveyor to head Hospitality Valuations in Leeds. Hybrid role covering Yorkshire and beyond, delivering hotel valuations, going concern appraisals, and portfolio instructions for banks and private clients. MRICS required with strong client exposure and pathway for progression. Hybrid working, clear progression, competitive package including car allowance and commission.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified valuer with hospitality valuation experience.
• Experience in hotel and hospitality valuation preferred.
• Strong client-facing and advisory skills with lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality valuation advice on hotels and going concern assets.
• Manage bank lending instructions and portfolio valuations.
• Provide private client advisory work and develop lender/investor relationships.
