Freedom Leisure is seeking a General Manager for Blackbridge Community and Sports Hub in Gloucester. You will oversee the overall business, drive sales, manage operations and lead a team to deliver a high-quality leisure offering for the local community.

The role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong financial acumen and a passion for creating welcoming spaces. You will report to the Area Manager and work across partnerships to maximise community impact.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience in leisure facilities or community hubs.
• Strong financial management and budget control skills.
• Passion for delivering high standards and engaging with local communities.

Responsibilities

• Business & Sales Management: drive budgeted performance and sales targets across the Hub.
• Operational Management: lead the team to ensure safe, welcoming activities and excellent standards.
• People Management: recruit, develop and support the centre team to deliver services and community engagement.
