Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Leisure Assistant to support our Leisure Club's day-to-day operations. You’ll help create a safe, clean, and engaging experience for members and guests, delivering excellent service and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within leisure, fitness or hospitality.
• Strong communication and engagement with members and guests.
• Proactive, positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good attention to safety, cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and engaging Health & Leisure Club experience for members and guests.
• Conduct member inductions and fitness programmes.
• Ensure all areas of the club are clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks and monitor facility usage.
• Support membership growth through engagement and local initiatives.
• Assist with stock control and retail opportunities.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures, including pool safety and emergencies.
