Job summary

Halesowen Leisure Centre is looking to appoint 2 Casual Receptionists to provide cover on busy front of house customer facing reception desk, on an as and when required basis.

Hours: Casual basis as and when required. Salary: Grade 3 - £13.48 per hour. You will handle telephony, ticket issues, cash receipts and daily cash reporting, and take bookings in line with audit controls. Regular training sessions are expected.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house reception experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash and customer queries.
• Willing to attend regular training sessions.
• On-site role in Halesowen; casual hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for customers.
• Answer telephone, issue tickets, handle cash, maintain cash reports.
• Process bookings for facilities in line with audit guidelines.
• Attend staff training sessions when required.
