Job summary

CIRCADIAN TRUST is seeking two Leisure Assistants for the Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre, specifically to work at the climbing wall. Shifts are on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, every other weekend, on a fixed-term contract for 5 months until March 2027.

The role includes lifeguard duties by the poolside, setting up equipment, and ensuring a safe environment. Climbing qualification and lifeguard eligibility preferred, with support to achieve these within the first

Qualifications

• Current National Pool Lifeguard qualification or willing to achieve within first three months of joining us.
• You must be aged 18 or over to start the climbing qualification entry.
• Passion for Health and Fitness and an interest in career development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lifeguard on pool side, carry out rescues and life saving techniques as necessary.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures are observed throughout the Centre, reporting risks.
• Set up and take down equipment, maintain a clean and safe environment for users at all times.

We have an exciting opportunity for two motivated and committed individuals to join our Leisure Assistant Team at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Leisure Assistant Climbing. This post is specifically to work at the climbing wall and shifts will be on weekends between 9:30 - 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. • It would be an advantage to have a current National Pool Lifeguard qualification or be willing to achieve this within first three months of joining us.
• You have, or are willing to complete, a climbing qualification (you need to be aged 18 or over as an entry requirement for the qualification).
