Village Hotel Warrington is seeking hospitality-focused individuals to deliver exceptional member experiences across our fitness and leisure facilities. You will help maintain spotless public areas, greet guests with a warm, professional attitude, and support safety protocols to ensure a secure pool and gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain and refine facilities to ensure guest satisfaction across studios, gym floor and pool area.
• Support safety procedures and respond to poolside emergencies when required.
• Engage with members to enhance their fitness experience and overall Village Club experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-energy, welcoming environment.
