Village Hotel Club is seeking a proactive team member to keep our public areas, studios, gym and poolside in pristine condition while delivering exceptional guest service. You will help maintain hygiene standards, support pool safety, and respond to poolside alarms to protect members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, studios, gym floor and poolside.
• Refine guest experience and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety around the pool area.
• Respond to poolside alarms and be prepared to take action to ensure member safety.
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive and service‑driven Village Way environment.
