Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Maintain a spotless environment: Perform general and deep cleaning throughout the club to uphold hygiene standards
  • Support an exceptional experience: Greet members warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance as needed
  • Manage incident reporting: Report lost property, accidents, maintenance needs, and other incidents in a timely manner
  • Manage health club center supplies: Monitor and restock towels, cups, merchandise, and other amenities as needed
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
