Job summary
Northumbrian Water is seeking an Activities Assistant for our Kielder Waterside Park leisure site. The role includes lifeguard cover, maintaining equipment, cleaning, and safety checks while delivering high-quality activities and excellent customer service to guests.
The successful candidate will be DBS checked and must be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing as part of the employment process. The position is full-time with a 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service facing role.
- Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
- Must pass DBS check prior to employment
- Energetic 'can do' attitude and a passion for guest experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality activities to guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide lifeguard cover for the pool and maintain equipment.
- Perform cleaning and safety checks, plus on-site checks.
- Assist with pool water quality and promote leisure facilities to guests.
