Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing large teams.
• Strong customer service expertise with client-focused approach.
• Excellent product knowledge and commercial acumen.

• Oversee store operations and drive store performance.
• Lead and develop the store team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and head office to manage stock and budgets.
