Job summary

Future Select is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to join our water hygiene team in Crawley. You will conduct domestic hot and cold system risk assessments, proactively identifying risks and preparing detailed reports in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

The role requires City & Guilds Legionella qualifications, strong communication with clients, ability to travel to sites, and experience with water sampling and reporting. Competitive salary £25k–£42k plus ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified with City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Experience in Water Hygiene duties preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to produce schematic drawings and reports.
• Extensive experience as Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Working to ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally on-site.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Discuss risk findings with clients and answer technical questions.
• Conduct ad-hoc water sampling and monitor temperatures.
• Write detailed risk assessment reports and recommend remedial action.
• Perform Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems per ACOP L8.
