Future Select Recruitment is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their Leeds-based team. You will travel across Yorkshire conducting thorough risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

The role offers £27k-£38k plus training and benefits, overtime opportunities and a company vehicle for site visits; candidates must hold City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments and be comfortable with reporting

Competenze

Hands-on experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments.
Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
Adaptable to client travel requirements.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Proficient in using IT software to complete reports.

Mansioni

Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
Highlighting any compliance issues and making recommendations for remedial works.
Producing detailed schematic drawings.
Collating findings to create site-specific technical reports.
Advising clients regarding on-site findings.
Working to agreed deadlines.
Training new risk assessors and providing ongoing support.
Maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
