Job summary

Construction in Leeds is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join our Yorkshire team. You will carry out Legionella risk assessments on complex and commercial sites, produce site-specific schematic drawings, and advise on safe water management.

Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing, strong IT/report writing skills, and experience with cooling towers and process water systems, while liaising professionally with clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in water treatment and water hygiene industries.
• Must have City & Guilds or equivalent in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Experience carrying out risk assessments on cooling tower/process water systems preferred.
• Proficient IT and ability to produce clear written reports.
• Confident, professional liaising with clients on site.
• Good working knowledge of commercial/industrial water systems and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create site-specific schematic drawings.
• Meet clients to provide technical advice and answer queries.
• Work to set deadlines and personal targets.
• Adhere to HSE guidelines.
• Monthly water temperature testing and sampling.
• Undertake Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8.

Experience / Qualifications:
