Job summary

Construction is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover new client contracts across the South East. You will carry out risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems in commercial and public sector premises, and produce thorough technical reports.

Applicants must hold the City and Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing, be confident presenting findings to clients, and be prepared to train junior assessors.

Qualifications

• Strong track record as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Holder of City and Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• ACOP L8 and HSG 274 knowledge is desirable.
• Confident in communicating technical matters to clients.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Salary/Benefits: 27k - 40k + Training & Benefits

A multi-disciplined compliance outfit is recruiting for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover new client contracts within the South East region. You will be conducting risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems across commercial and public sector premises. Applicants must be confident in completing their own technical reports and schematics. Our client has a busy Legionella department, which is growing across the region, offering great further training and development opportunities. Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• It would be advantageous to have some plumbing / remedial knowledge, but this is not essential
• Robust technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Confident in communicating technical matters to clients
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
