Future Select Limited is recruiting a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the Midlands. You will perform legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and contribute to client reporting and recommendations.

The role requires City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing, solid experience in risk assessment, and good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274. Travel across Derby and surrounding areas is expected, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor in a well‑established outfit.
• Robust knowledge including ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
• Confident in producing technical reports.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Highlighting compliance risks and making recommendations for rectification.
• Creating schematic drawings and technical reports.
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Travelling in line with company needs and liaising with clients.

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Derby, East Midlands Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the Midlands region. You will be joining a growing name within the Legionella / Compliance, who have a nationwide presence of commercial, local authority and public sector contracts. Candidates must be confident in completing legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems as a minimum, but it would be beneficial to have experience on process systems (i.e. cooling towers). Our client is offering excellent salaries, in addition to: company vehicle, overtime, pension scheme, annual leave, fuel card and training.
