Job summary

RelyOn UK is seeking a full-time Legionella Instructor to deliver Legionella Control and water systems training at our Liverpool Training Centre and at customer sites. You will work with the Operational Training Team to maintain courses and ensure accuracy, while collaborating with sales to handle customer enquiries.

Candidates should have hands-on water system experience, a passion for safety and training, and the ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

At RelyOn UK, we prepare professionals for some of the most safety-critical and demanding industries. We are now looking for a full time Legionella Instructor to join our team at the RelyOn Training Centre .

Your role

• The main aspect of the role will be delivering Legionella Control and other Water Systems related training courses within our centres, and also on customers premises.
• The role will also involve working closely with the Operational Training Team to maintain and develop courses and ensuring their accuracy.
• Working with sales and marketing to respond to customer enquiries.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience working on hot and cold water systems.
• Is confident, and have a passion for safety, training and workforce development.
• Can communicate technical knowledge in a clear, engaging way.
• Values precision and safety in every task.

Qualifications & requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Extensive experience in at least one of the following legionella control measures such as:
• Fulfilling the role of the legionella Responsible Person
• Working in healthcare applying HTM04-01 measures
• Experience working with evaporative cooling systems
• or experience in plumbing with good working knowledge of the Water Regulations Guide with experience of Water Regulations, Unvented Hot and Cold Water.
• Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
• Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
