Job summary

Blake Morgan LLP is seeking an IT Applications Support Engineer to join the Information Technology team. You will support, maintain, and enhance our legal application landscape including DMS, PMS/CMS, and integrations with Microsoft 365.

You will act as SME across core platforms and provide second and third-line support with strong vendor and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our practice, case, and document management

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a professional services or legal environment.
• Strong understanding of legal technology ecosystems and core platforms (iManage, SharePoint, PMS/CMS).
• Experience writing and troubleshooting MS SQL Server queries; ability to diagnose complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide second- and third-line support for legal and business-critical applications.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents in line with SLAs.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements and patches.
