Job summary

Artemis Legal Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a market-leading London law firm to head the firm's legal technology strategy, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will collaborate with lawyers, knowledge lawyers, legal engineers and IT to drive adoption of cutting-edge tools.

The role leads the AI transformation agenda, coordinates with innovation teams, and runs design workshops with clients to develop new workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in a legal technology or innovation/design role.
• Experience with legal tech and Generative AI tools is required.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's AI transformation agenda and initiatives.
• Act as liaison between lawyers, IT and Innovation teams.
• Lead AI working groups with clear objectives and decision processes.
• Facilitate design workshops with lawyers and clients to create innovative workflows.
