Analyst, Legal Technology Training London, UK

Are you ready to play a central role in equipping our lawyers with the skills they need to use AI and legal technology with confidence as part of our market-leading Practice Solutions function?

The Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of training across our suite of AI platforms and Practice Technology tools. The role will help ensure that lawyers have access to high-quality, timely and relevant learning opportunities. Sitting within the Practice Solutions function, the Training Coordinator will contribute to driving adoption, capability and confidence in new ways of working.

The Training Coordinator will assist with maintaining a comprehensive training plan and calendar, coordinate with internal teams to schedule and support the delivery of in-person and virtual training events, and act as a key point of coordination for AI and legal technology training activity.

The role will also support engagement with external training providers and academic institutions to bring best-in-class learning into the Firm.

We are keen to meet individuals who thrive in a program environment and can support the planning, coordination and execution of a busy training schedule with multiple moving parts. Our approach is informed by data and feedback, and the Training Coordinator should be comfortable collating and acting on feedback and usage data to help continuously improve our training provision.

Key Responsibilities
Training Planning and Calendar Management
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive training plan covering the Firm’s suite of AI platforms and Practice Technology tools, aligned with the rollout pipeline and lawyer needs across practice groups.
  • Help maintain and update a central training calendar, including in-person and virtual training events, drop-in sessions, office hours, onboarding sessions and refresher training.
  • Assist in sequencing training activity in line with technology rollouts, adoption priorities and key points in the lawyer development cycle.
  • Help track delivery against the training plan, flag gaps or slippage and support stakeholders in implementing corrective actions.
  • Work with the Change Management function to support the identification of opportunities for training to encourage uptake of legal technology and AI tools across global practice groups.
Training Delivery and Coordination
  • Support end-to-end coordination of training-event logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, virtual-platform setup, materials preparation, attendee communications and follow-up.
  • Act as a key coordination point between the Practice Technology Disputes team, Innovation and AI team, Knowledge team, Engagement and Development team, Practice Groups and other internal stakeholders to organize and deliver training.
  • Liaise with the Firm’s Events team to support classroom training, offsites and contributions to scheduled Firm-wide learning opportunities, including induction programs, retreats and academies.
  • Support trainers on the day of delivery, helping to ensure sessions run smoothly, technology functions as expected and attendees have what they need.
Programme Support and Reporting
  • Support the Senior Program Manager by entering training milestones, dependencies and risks into the overarching program plan for Practice Solutions change and transformation delivery.
  • Help prepare reporting on training delivery, attendance, completion rates and feedback for inclusion in program updates and leadership materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activity, attendance and outcomes, ensuring training data contributes to adoption and benefits tracking.
  • Support program governance forums where training is on the agenda, helping to ensure that decisions and actions relating to training are followed through.
Feedback, Continuous Improvement and Needs Identification
  • Help design and administer feedback mechanisms for training events, including post-session surveys, focus groups and informal channels.
  • Help analyse feedback and usage data to identify what is working well, where improvements are needed and where new training is required.
  • Support the timely implementation of feedback, working with trainers, content owners and stakeholders to refine sessions, materials and approaches.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for new training provision as lawyer needs evolve and the Firm’s AI and Practice Technology suite expands.
External Providers and Partnerships
  • Support engagement with external training providers, vendors and academic institutions to identify, plan and support the delivery of external training events or internal training delivered by external providers.
  • Assist with contracting, scheduling and quality assurance for external training, working with relevant teams across the Firm.
  • Help build and maintain a network of trusted external partners to meet specialist or surge training needs.
  • Keep up to date with developments in legal technology and AI training across the market, bringing relevant ideas and providers to the attention of the team.
Administration and Ways of Working
  • Support administrative tasks associated with training, including invitations, joining instructions, attendance tracking, certifications, learning-management-system updates and record keeping.
  • Help maintain a library of training materials, recordings and supporting collateral, ensuring that content is current, accessible and consistent in tone and quality.
  • Support best practice in training coordination and design across Practice Solutions through the use of standard templates, processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, internal communications, learning, technology and business services, to ensure training activity aligns with existing channels, processes and formats.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Some experience in, or a strong interest in, coordinating or supporting training programs within a professional-services environment, ideally in a program or change context.
  • Good organisational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to plan, schedule and support the delivery of multiple concurrent activities to deadline.
  • Good communication, stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and seniority levels.
  • An interest in working with data, including the ability to help interpret feedback, attendance and adoption metrics and use insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a service mindset, with a commitment to delivering well-run events and a positive learner experience.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities may shift and new technologies are regularly introduced.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a global law firm or other partnership structure.
  • Experience in a Big Four firm or other consultancy environment.
