HF is seeking a Legal Support Technical Administrator in Manchester for a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office. The position is permanent with potential start dates in November 2026.
You will act as a gateway for new work, ensuring instructions are correctly identified and prioritised to support all legal departments, while following client escalation processes and liaising with key stakeholders. You will also provide file and administrative support to meet SLA and MI deadlines.

This is a busy role, requiring a high level of accuracy and the ability to switch between tasks. We don't require any previous experience as full training will be given however, y ou will be an adaptable, self-motivated team player who works conscientiously and communicates with confidence and professionalism.
