Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background in probate and estate administration? This is a fantastic opportunity for you! Job Ref: 9744.

The Role:
  • Join a busy Private Client team focusing on probate and estate matters as a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary.
  • Support solicitors and clients through complex legal processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to probate solicitors.
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and forms related to probate and estate administration.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and handle client communications.
  • File probate applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Legal Secretary in a probate or private client team.
  • Strong understanding of probate procedures and terminology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal case management systems.
  • Discreet, compassionate, and capable of handling confidential matters sensitively.
