Location: Liverpool Street, London

We’re excited to present a fantastic Legal Secretary opportunity to join a world-class law firm based in the heart of the City. Situated close to Liverpool Street, the firm is seeking an elite, educated, and client-facing Legal Secretary to support their Corporate Transactions team.

Legal Secretary – corporate – hybrid working

This is a dynamic and high-performing environment, offering the chance to work alongside some of the industry's top legal professionals. With over 700 lawyers across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, the firm is truly global in its reach and progressive in its approach to commercial law.

As Legal Secretary duties include:

  • Support the senior partners and a number of lawyers within the transactional team. You will be an essential part of the team, and you will be given training and support to develop your skills and experience.
  • Opening and closing matters
  • Active part in client care
  • Coordinating and managing diaries/inboxes and travel itineraries
  • Assisting Business Development and implementation of the business plan
  • Planning and running events
  • Process bills and invoices
  • Document production
  • Teamwork and general administration

Legal Secretary key skills:

  • 1-3 years legal Secretary experience within corporate
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience supporting senior partners
  • Excellent communication
