Legal Secretary - COMPETITIVE SALARY / HYBRID WORKING 3/2

Are you an experienced Secretary seeking your next challenge at a reputable firm in London? Do you have previous dispute resolution/litigation experience? If so, please keep reading, as this might be the role for you!

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to work on a permanent, full-time basis at one of our partner City law firms. The role will be within the Disputes Resolution/Litigation team, and previous experience in this practice area is essential.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, with a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The firm is based near Holborn and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Opening new client files and matters
  2. Invoicing, disbursements, and billing
  3. Audio typing and drafting correspondence
  4. House styling of documents
  5. Inbox, diary, and travel management
  6. General secretarial and administrative tasks

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a law firm with strong litigation background
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional client care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 65 WPM
  • Strong document handling skills
