Job Description:
Apex Talent Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the Real Estate industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Executive PA / Senior level PA to support the CEO. This role will also suit a Legal Secretary who would like to leave the legal profession and join a growing real estate company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in their daily tasks. The CEO is a high-net worth entrepreneur who works in a fast-paced environment across the various businesses owned.
Responsibilities
- Fully support the CEO with diary management to ensure his day is coordinated effectively
- Monitoring emails to ensure critical things are flagged and dealt with
- Email dictation and preparation of correspondence
- Compiling of reports or retrieving company documents or information as requested
- General secretarial and administrative support
- Effectively keeping abreast of outstanding things to be actioned and up-keep of ‘to do’ lists, to assist with continual review of priorities
- Balancing CEO’s workload between his various businesses and other on-going projects
- Reactive to any business or personal and family-related requests as they arise
- To work with discretion and confidentiality and act as gatekeeper to CEO
- Manage Junior Business Assistant
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive PA, or PA to senior manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skilful at all MS Office and typing speed of at least 50 wpm
- Able to work from the office full time Monday-Friday

- Be willing to demonstrate commitment and going above and beyond and be readily available for the CEO as required, including probable out of hours calls and work (inclusive of weekends) as the role develops and grows (this will mirror their value and subsequent opportunities and remuneration)
