Responsibilities:
  • Providing full secretarial support, including digital dictation to produce correspondence and documentation.
  • Assisting with general team administration: greeting clients, handling calls, scheduling meetings, and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client admin files.
Experience required:
  • Experience in family law is preferred.
  • Strong secretarial and administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills, ideally with digital audio systems.
  • Experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
