The Role

We are hiring a Legal Sales Specialist for our Legal Assessment Specialist Team to join our front-line customer support team, helping clients access the legal services they need.

This role reports to the Inbound Sales Manager and involves engaging with inbound leads, assessing legal needs using Lawhive's knowledge base and tools, and contributing to our product development. The ideal candidate is driven, ambitious, with high emotional intelligence and sales experience.

What The Job Involves
  • Communicating directly with potential clients seeking legal help
  • Assessing legal problems and proposing solutions
  • Answering client questions and handling objections via phone, email, and webchat
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our product and processes
  • Transforming access to legal rights and making legal help accessible to everyone
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a closing role
  • An LLB, LLM, JD, or relevant legal work experience
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in a tech startup is a bonus
