About the Role:

Your responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
• Utilizing social media and job boards to identify talent.
• Expanding candidate pools via referrals and executive search.
• Generating market insights and leads.

Pay Range, Compensation, and Benefits:

• Basic salary £28,000 - £32,000 with OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
• Non-threshold commission structure enabling earning from the first placement.
