About the Role

Your responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through interviews.
• Using social media and job boards to find talent.
• Expanding candidate pools via referrals and executive searches.
• Generating leads and market insights.

Pay range, compensation, and benefits

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £32,000 with OTE of £50,000 in the first year
• Non-threshold commission structure enabling earning from the first placement
