Clayton Legal is partnering with a well-established Northumberland law firm to recruit a Legal Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming service in person, by phone or email.
The role involves diary management, file handling, and basic admin duties to support Partners and the team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, IT literate, and able to manage a varied workload.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a legal, professional services or client-facing environment, although relevant administrative and customer service experience will also be considered.

Previous experience of undertaking legal secretarial duties would be advantageous but experience in similar roles in other sectors would also be considered.
Knowledge or experience of preparing Land Registry and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) forms would also be beneficial.
