Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join a commercial litigation team in the UK. The role focuses on creating and managing tasks against an overall plan, identifying resource needs, and maintaining stakeholder cadence reporting.

You will act as the liaison between the legal team and accounts teams, support client reporting requirements including budgeting and tracking, and oversee day-to-day paralegal activities to deliver tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer or experienced Legal Project Manager with litigation support experience.
• Experience with LegalTech tools such as Document Automation and HighQ.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactive in the identification of resource requirements to meet these deadlines.
• Key stakeholder management and cadence reporting
• Being the link person between the legal team and accounts teams
• Supporting client reporting requirements; financial budgeting, tracking and reporting
• Managing day to day work of paralegal team in the delivery of tasks

Experience

A qualified lawyer OR, an experienced Legal Project Manager, either way experience of litigation or support litigation would be highly desirable;
