Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking a seasoned Legal Technologist to support an International Law Firm in adopting leading-edge technology on a global scale. You will test new legal tech, design platform content, and drive rollout with developers while addressing stakeholder questions.

You will own product functionality, provide training, monitor usage and adoption metrics, and contribute to continued improvements in legal processes through AI, automation and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in law or LPC completion ideally.
• Coding experience is not mandatory but desirable.
• Professional and/or legal services experience.
• Legal Technology experience in eDiscovery, Document Automation, Workflow products or HighQ.

Responsibilities

• Testing new legal technology against pre-defined criteria and evaluating performance within practice groups
• Design of, legal technology platform content, and implementing software customisations to products
• Project delivery lead, liaising with software developers on the roll-out and handling technology support questions from stakeholders
• Own product functionality, training, amendments of specific legal technology platforms
• Tracking usage, feedback and adoption metrics

Experience

You are a resourceful, solutions focused individual with interest in AI, machine learning, block chain & data analytics and applications in legal technology

• Educated to degree level in law or LPC completion Ideally
• Albeit coding experience is not mandatory, it is desirable
• Professional and/or legal services experience
• Legal Technology experience in any of the following;
  • eDiscovery
  • Document Automation, in particular Contract Express
