Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join a commercial litigation team in the UK. The role focuses on creating and managing tasks against an overall plan, identifying resource needs, and maintaining stakeholder cadence reporting.

You will act as the liaison between the legal team and accounts teams, support client reporting requirements including budgeting and tracking, and oversee day-to-day paralegal activities to deliver tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer or experienced Legal Project Manager with litigation support experience.
• Experience with LegalTech tools such as Document Automation and HighQ.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tasks against an overall plan with deadlines.
• Identify resource requirements to meet deadlines.
• Maintain key stakeholder cadence reporting.
• Act as the link between the legal team and accounts teams.
• Support client reporting requirements; budgeting, tracking and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day work of paralegal team in task delivery.
