Job summary

US Law Support in London is seeking a Legal Project Management Analyst to drive efficient delivery of legal services across complex matters. You will work with lawyers, finance and pricing teams, supporting proposals, budgets, timelines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support matter teams with client proposals, including scope, cost estimation and project plans.
• Monitor matters against project plans, deadlines, budgets and risks.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to matter teams; identify scope/time/cost changes.
• Maintain and standardise financial reporting templates and dashboards.
• Assist with Outside Counsel Guidelines and AI-assisted billing rules integration.
• Capture client feedback to support continuous improvement and knowledge resources.
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources, reports and templates for legal project management.
• Explore legal tech solutions and budget tool training; support client dashboards.
