Civil Litigation - Legal PA - Up to £35,000 salary

What you’ll do

  • Maintain impeccable files and coordinate with clients on new instructions, ensuring seamless operations
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, guaranteeing that deadlines are always met
  • Arrange court hearings, liaise with legal experts, and set up meetings to keep cases advancing smoothly
  • Prioritise workloads effectively, ensuring clear communication within the team and adherence to timelines
  • Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative support, enabling fee earners to focus on delivering results
  • Implement innovative processes to enhance team productivity while keeping pace with the latest technology and client needs
  • Support partners with billing, compliance, and tracking KPIs to meet performance goals
  • Manage tight deadlines for court orders, filings, and legal documents, ensuring readiness for hearings or transactions
  • Facilitate billing, file closures, and finance-related inquiries to ensure smooth team operations

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in civil litigation is preferred, along with a solid legal background
