Civil Litigation - Legal PA - Up to £35,000 salary

What you’ll do
- Maintain impeccable files and coordinate with clients on new instructions, ensuring seamless operations
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, guaranteeing that deadlines are always met
- Arrange court hearings, liaise with legal experts, and set up meetings to keep cases advancing smoothly
- Prioritise workloads effectively, ensuring clear communication within the team and adherence to timelines
- Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative support, enabling fee earners to focus on delivering results
- Implement innovative processes to enhance team productivity while keeping pace with the latest technology and client needs
- Support partners with billing, compliance, and tracking KPIs to meet performance goals
- Manage tight deadlines for court orders, filings, and legal documents, ensuring readiness for hearings or transactions
- Facilitate billing, file closures, and finance-related inquiries to ensure smooth team operations
What you’ll bring
- Exceptional communication and organisation: A multitasker who effectively manages priorities and delivers results
- Experience in civil litigation is preferred, along with a solid legal background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (preferably Partner for Windows)
- Your work is accurate and well-presented, with a strong focus on clarity
- You excel in client care, ensuring everyone feels valued
- A proactive approach to enhancing efficiency and overcoming challenges
- Discreet, with an understanding of when to escalate concerns to senior management
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a talented team of professionals
