Job summary

Axiom is seeking Legal Operations Professionals to support clients across industries. You will design, deliver and continuously improve legal processes, workflows and service delivery while helping implement, optimise CLM systems, reporting and knowledge management.

You will collaborate with legal, sales, procurement and finance teams to drive efficiency, reduce risk and provide scalable support. The role offers remote, onsite or hybrid working depending on client needs and Axiom's global

We are currently seekingLegal Operations Professionals to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of legal processes, workflows, operating models and service-delivery approaches.
• Help implement, manage and optimise legal technology and CLM systems, including workflows, user adoption, reporting, data, knowledge management and intake processes.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver legal operations initiatives, working across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines and business priorities.
• Partner with legal, sales, procurement, finance and business teams to improve efficiency, manage risk and deliver practical, scalable support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal operations administration or a related legal-services, transformation, process-improvement or operational-delivery environment; legal project management experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting legal processes, CLM implementation or optimisation, legal technology, reporting, data, knowledge management or stakeholder communications.
• Strong organisational, commercial-awareness, stakeholder-management and communication skills, together with good AI literacy and the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows, streamline processes, analyse information and enhance operational delivery while applying appropriate judgement and oversight.
• Right to work in the UK.
