Taylor Root is partnering with a global fintech to recruit a Legal Operations & Systems Coordinator. You will report to the General Counsel and help build scalable operations across Legal, Risk and Compliance.

You will work with senior stakeholders to optimise workflows, implement systems and drive legal technology initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

We're partnering with an exciting global fintech business on a newly created Legal Operations & Systems Coordinator role, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, international organisation at an exciting stage of its journey. The business is continuing to expand into new markets and is looking for someone who can help build and scale the operational foundations of its Legal, Risk and Compliance function.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in driving legal operations, project management, process improvement and legal technology initiatives. From optimising workflows and implementing systems to supporting strategic business projects, this is a highly visible role with genuine scope to make an impact.

We're keen to hear from individuals with experience in legal operations, project management, business operations, compliance operations or similar environments. Experience using technology and AI tools to drive efficiency would be particularly valuable.
