Job Description:

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This role involves managing contract and sales operations, with responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring quality of regional contract business;
  • Coordinating with regional channel partners for transactions (quotation, signing, invoicing, payment, delivery);
  • Supporting channel developers in communication and reception work;
  • Regional business data reconciliation and feedback;
  • Local administrative operations (office leasing, decoration, expenses, vehicle management, daily operations);
  • Assisting with local HR tasks (interviews, contracts, onboarding, attendance, training, team building, resignation, payroll).

Requirements:

  • Legal background or experience reviewing sales contracts is mandatory;
  • Right to work in the UK is required. The client cannot sponsor visas;
  • HR experience is a plus but not necessary;
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus but not necessary.
