An established industry player is seeking a qualified lawyer to support their operations in the UK and EU Energy sector. This role involves the development and negotiation of key contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing value and minimizing risks. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within utilities or construction sectors. Your primary objective is to support the business through the development and negotiation of key contracts to minimize risk and maximize value efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience as a legal counsel within a large company or law firm. Experience in utilities/power or construction/civil engineering sectors is highly desirable.
