Job summary

Austen Lloyd in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function within a well-established law firm. You will report to senior management and drive financial performance across the business.

The role covers managing finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvements, with responsibility for cash flow, controls and accuracy of information for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal accounts/finance environment
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing processes and working with senior stakeholders
• Ideally previous experience managing or developing a finance team
