Job summary

TEKsystems in London is seeking a qualified accounting professional to manage legal entity reporting and financial control within a capital markets context. You will review P&L and balance sheet movements, support month/quarter/year-end close, and uphold strong governance across reporting processes.

Applicants should have a solid background in Investment Banking/Capital Markets, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and robust reconciliation skills, with stakeholder management and Excel proficiency as key

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Entity Reporting or Financial Control.
• Strong Investment Banking/Capital Markets background.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP advantageous.
• Strong controls, reconciliation and reporting experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent advantageous.
• Strong Excel, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review legal entity financial reporting and associated financial information.

Analyse P&L, balance sheet movements and key financial results.

Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes.

Perform balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations and financial control activities.

Investigate reporting, accounting and data issues, working with relevant Finance stakeholders to resolve them.

Key Experience

Legal Entity Reporting, Legal Entity Control, Financial Control or Financial Reporting Experience .

Strong Investment Banking/Capital Markets background .

Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and financial statements.

Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP advantageous.

Strong controls, reconciliation and reporting Experience .
