This leading international law firm is currently recruiting a Legal Director to join its well-established practice based in Edinburgh.

This senior role involves advising on a range of construction and real estate matters. Work will include both contentious and non-contentious construction issues such as drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments, warranties, and other project documents. The role will also cover commercial property transactions, leasing, development, and asset management work.

Candidates should have strong experience in the Scottish construction and real estate market, with the ability to lead on complex matters and manage client relationships. Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development is also important.
