Job Description:

Our client, a well-regarded UK law firm, is currently recruiting a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its Construction & Projects (Contentious) team. This is a full-time position and can be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

The role will focus on contentious construction matters, including advising clients on construction disputes across various forums. The successful candidate will handle adjudications, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Work will involve complex issues related to building contracts, professional appointments, and project documentation. Opportunities may also exist to support broader projects work where relevant.

This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in contentious construction.
