Legal Director, Construction & Projects – Aberdeen / Edinburgh / Glasgow, Edinburgh

Our client, a well-regarded UK law firm, is currently recruiting a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its Construction & Projects (Contentious) team. This is a full-time position and can be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

The role will focus on contentious construction matters, including advising clients on construction disputes across various forums. The successful candidate will handle adjudications, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, dealing with complex issues related to building contracts, professional appointments, and project documentation. There may also be opportunities to support broader project work where relevant.

This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, possessing a strong background in contentious construction.
