An established industry player is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Charities/NFP team. This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly knowledgeable partner with over 20 years of experience. You will handle a diverse caseload, engage in business development, and provide essential legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organizations. Shakespeare Martineau are looking to add an experienced (5/6+ PQE) Solicitor, at Associate/Legal Director level, to their growing Charities/NFP team.
Our Charities team is externally recognised as one of the specialist teams in the country, and deals with all aspects of charities, not for profit, social enterprise and other third sector organisations, including legal structures, constitutional queries, good governance, liaison with various regulators, training and events.
We pride ourselves on our technical expertise and resources to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients, which include large household charities, high-net worth individuals establishing charitable foundations and a wide range of smaller charities and not for profit organisations.
