Job summary

SSQ is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a high-growth SaaS business in London. The role will lead negotiations on software, cloud, vendor, and partnership agreements, while advising on sales, product, tech, and regulatory matters.

You will support IP, data, and compliance issues and manage external counsel to improve legal processes and playbooks. The ideal candidate is a common law solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience, preferably with Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or Payments exposure,

• Common law qualified solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience.
• Experience within Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or Payments is highly preferred.
