Job summary

PCI Pal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team in London. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner with Sales and Partnerships to drive revenue growth through efficient contract execution and provide pragmatic legal advice across Product, Compliance, HR, and Finance functions.

The role involves drafting SaaS agreements, regulatory research, and supporting international expansion.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ PQE as a solicitor qualified in England & Wales or a comparable jurisdiction.
• Experience in tech/SaaS sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft SaaS agreements and negotiate with customers.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice across Product, Compliance, HR, and Finance functions.
