Job summary

SSQ invites a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its London-area team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Corporate and Commercial Law and provide practical, commercially-focused advice across UK and Ireland matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating IT and procurement contracts, advising on competition, IP and data protection, handling disputes, and guiding the business through regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least four years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law.
• Experience in IT, retail, or mobile sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (IT, procurement, etc.).
