Position: Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you will be working in a collegiate team with access to hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation
2. Executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions, mostly international or cross-border in nature
3. Working on commercial contracts

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience, gained within a well-established international law firm or in-house legal team. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, along with an England & Wales legal qualification.
