This innovative and fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with strong commercial and regulatory experience to join their high-performing legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and strategic matters.
• Support key stakeholders, product teams, and the board.
• Lead major corporate transactions such as capital raises, M&A, and IPOs.
• Oversee commercial transactions and supervise junior lawyers.
• Engage with investors and develop standard agreements.
• Resolve issues in existing deals with pragmatic legal advice.

Requirements:

• 4-7 PQE, UK Qualified Solicitor.
• Experience in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law within FS/Fintech or Paytech.
• In-house experience preferred.
